This dress depicts dancing flames during the night hence the midnight blue silk background for splendid peacock hued and shimmering in 100 different colours sequined flames. This is a spectacular, statement and one-off dress. True fashion art. All flames were hand decorated and are made to perfection. Really recommend it as this dress presents out this world when on.
