Yes we offer gift wrapping serivce! If you need your purchase to look special (and suitable for a gift) we'll prepare it so it'll look magnificient (adding extra touches to make it truly unique...)
We may have a different sizes with some dresses that we sell. Please always ask by dropping us a message (we are delighted to answer any of your queries!) if you are unsure.
The service cost £35 and items are shipped by DHL Express Courier - it is the fastest service you can get. Time of delivery:
UK - 1 day
America: 3-5 days
Australia: 4-7 days up to 5 (standard service up to 3 weeks)
Japan: 4-7 days
Canada: 4-7 days
After your purchase you will receive the tracking number within 2 days and you will be also able to track your parcel the whole time. 98% parcels are always on time and always delivered with no issues.
Yes, we offer a full range of individual services including finding unique outfits for your special moment and looking for specific jewellery and accessories tailored to your requirements. Return policyThere are 3 days from the date of arrival of the parcel to return the item to us (except for jewellery due to higene reasons). All labels needs to be attached and items bear no sign of use.
